Heather Locklear is back! The blonde beauty stars as the titular screenwriter in the lifetime TV movie “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff: The Kristine Carlson Story” – her first acting job in over four years. In honor of his debut on October 16, 2021, Wonderwall.com looks back on the most wonderfully outdated fashion and beauty moments of the old “Dynasty” and “Melrose Place” at the start of her career in the ’80s and’ 90s. Let’s start with this wild outfit… During a portrait shoot in Los Angeles on February 2, 1981, Heather – who was around 20 at the time – teamed a silver halterneck top with high waisted jeans and a matching silver belt. Our favorite thing about this thug? That she wore a belt… over her pants and shirt… instead of going through the belt loops of her jeans.
